As most of you are no doubt aware, today marks the day that the Media are allowed access to Divorce proceedings in the courts. In theory.

However, it has occurred to me (and others) that this might be a potential opportunity to discuss the benefits of the Collaborative process with those clients who might want to ensure more discreet negotiations?

The intention here is to spark some debate amongst practitioners, discuss topical issues and lend support to each other from a technical perspective. Maybe also to raise some more contentious issues surrounding the Financial and Legal worlds and how they interrelate - or don't!
